I don't think many people are taking Elude nowadays because of the crash and you generally soft-cap easily with SR. With Afterburner you will be flying pretty fast, so the standard IO might not be needed. You might want to add the Winter's Gift: Slow Resistance to Fly. You might want to replace the IO in Afterburner with a Reactive Scaling Defense. What is the concern with needing Weave to softcap?
